Psalms 103:1 states "Bless the Lord O my soul;and all that is within me, bless his holy name."

 

 

We greet you in the marvellous and mighty name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We are David Delaware and Divine Sound a ministry of  worshippers who understand if had not been for the Lord on our side we could have been lost. In June of 2013 a vision was made a reality and brought forth David Delaware and Divine Sound. We are a young adult ministry focused on uplifting the downtrodden and presenting a message of hope to the hopeless. Divine Sound is known for their diversity and amazing knack to worship acapella with the signature piece "Hear my Prayer " by William Murphy.

 

Under the dynamic leadership of David Delaware, Divine Sound thrives to move forward into the blessings God has designed for them. David Delaware sings an anointing tenor and lead vocals. His amazing range and spirit ushers the spirit of the Lord in every time he ministers.  Members of Divine Sound are also spiritually sound and include and angelic and heavenly soprano section in the persons of Mrs. Brandy Maddox and Ms.Sheena Lucas. God's gifted the group with an amazingly talented tenor as well in the person of  Mr. Marcus Davies-Johnson. Last but not least, to conclude the group the there is the versatile alto voices in the persons of Ms. Sabrina Durham-Smith and Mrs. Nikki Strogen-Sapp.

 

  God  has truly blessed this ministry to blossom and flourish. During our time together we have traveled many miles to lift up the name of Jesus! On February 20, 2015, through a step of faith Divine Sound ventured out and competed in Texas Excellence Gospel Music Awards New Artist Showcase and won 1st place.
Divine Sound is aware God has anointed them and there is still work within the Kingdom that needs to be done.
